Sand Dollar Condos are located at Crescent Beach, about 8 miles south of St. Augustine Beach Florida. There are 166 condominium units at Sand Dollar, built from 1980-1985. Sand Dollar units are three bedroom, two bath flats (1 level), offering 1554 square feet. Sand Dollar is a beachfront complex with four oceanfront buildings. Each building has its own pool and tennis court. Every Sand Dollar condo is oceanfront and has a gorgeous view of the ocean and intracoastal waterway. All condos at Sand Dollar include one covered parking spot and one uncovered space. At this time, there is an on-site rental office, or you may choose another off-site rental management company. We do not handle rentals.
